Casa Boutique Lis is a 4 bedroom 4 bath apartment with capacity for 8 people. You can hire a private chef to indulge on the local or International cuisine and enjoy the rental apartment’s grandeur 12 seats dining table.

Entertain your family and friends at the grand salon equipped with television and stereo system.

Casa Boutique Lis comes with the exclusive service of a 5 star hotel and includes bath amenities, hair dryer, fast internet access, washer and dryer an interior patio and a balcony to enjoy the vibrant city within your feet. There is also a communal Roof Pool and Terrace with BBQ facilities.

Arrival time is 3:00 pm and check out is at 12:00 pm. We are happy to accommodate if you arrive before 3:00 pm, as long as the house is available.

Booking confirmation requires a deposit of 50% of the total rent. The remaining 50% to be paid 60 days prior to arrival.

Refundable Security Deposit of $500.00 required with booking confirmation.

Daily maid service and preparation of breakfast is included in the rate at Casa Boutique Lis. You can hire a full time cook for an additional cost. However, just keep in mind the actual food is not included.

We will be able to help you pre-stock the fridge before arrival if you would prefer.
