Casa Victoria, located at a very privilege address within the city Walls is just steps away from the famous Plaza San Pedro Claver.

Enter through the discreet doorway of Casa Victoria into this three level sophisticated three bedroom paradise. The home rental amenities include 4 baths, kitchen, a pool on the first level, spacious dining and living room on the second floor with a large balcony overlooking the gorgeous street.

This jewel was decorated inside with traditional furnishings and rustic touches on the outside terrace where you can enjoy reading a Gabriel Garcia Marquez masterpiece or a beautiful evenings under the stars of Cartagena de Indias. The extra amenities at Casa Victoria include a large terrace on the roof deck, hammock, BBQ grill, a second pool and a breathtaking view of the church of San Pedro Claver.

Arrival time is 3:00 pm and check out is at 12:00 pm. We are happy to accommodate if you arrive before 3:00 pm, as long as the house is available.

Booking confirmation requires a deposit of 50% of the total rent. The remaining 50% to be paid 60 days prior to arrival.

Refundable Security Deposit of $500.00 required with booking confirmation.

Daily maid service and preparation of breakfast is included in the rate at Casa Victoria. You can hire a full time cook for an additional cost. However, just keep in mind the actual food is not included.

We will be able to help you pre-stock the fridge before arrival if you would prefer.
